Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Valora Forte OÜ collects through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it.
Last updated: 19 August 2026.
1. Who we are (the controller)
The controller responsible for your personal data is:
- Legal name
- Valora Forte OÜ
- Registry code
- 17573533
- Registered address
- Tartu mnt 67/1-13b, Kesklinna, 10115 Tallinn, Estonia
- info@valoraforte.eu
2. What data we collect
We collect the personal data you choose to give us through the contact form on this website, namely:
- your name;
- your email address; and
- the content of the message you send us.
The form includes a hidden anti-spam field that is not visible to you and is used only to detect automated submissions. Our hosting provider may also process limited technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, in server logs as part of delivering and securing the website.
3. Why we use it and the legal basis
We use the data you submit solely to read and respond to your enquiry and to keep a record of our correspondence with you. The legal basis for this processing under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is our legitimate interest in responding to messages sent to us (Article 6(1)(f)) and, where your message concerns a potential or existing business relationship, taking steps at your request prior to or in connection with that relationship (Article 6(1)(b)).
4. How long we keep it
We retain enquiry correspondence for no longer than is necessary for the purpose above. Where an enquiry does not lead to any ongoing relationship, we aim to delete it within 12 months. Where it forms part of a continuing business relationship, we keep it for as long as that relationship requires and for any period we are legally required to retain records.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for marketing purposes. Your data may be processed on our behalf by our website hosting and email providers strictly for the purpose of operating the website and delivering our email, and only to the extent necessary to provide those services. Our providers process data within the European Union / European Economic Area; if any processing were ever to take place outside the EEA, it would be protected by safeguards recognised under Chapter V of the GDPR, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making or profiling.
6. Fonts, cookies and third-party content
This website serves its typefaces from our own servers. It does not load fonts, scripts or other resources from third-party servers, so your browsing of this site does not transmit your IP address or other data to external content providers such as font or analytics services.
We do not set advertising, analytics or tracking cookies on this website, and we do not profile visitors or share browsing data with anyone.
The only thing this website can store on your device is a record of your response to the storage notice shown on your first visit. If you select “Accept”, a single entry named vf-storage-choice is written to your browser’s local storage so that the notice is not shown to you again; it contains no identifier and nothing that describes you. If you select “Decline”, the same record is kept only for the current browser session and is discarded when you close the browser. Because this storage does nothing except remember the choice you made, it is regarded as strictly necessary under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive and is not used for any other purpose.
You can remove this entry at any time by clearing site data for this website in your browser settings; the notice will then be shown again on your next visit.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have your data erased, to restrict or object to our processing, and, where applicable, to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@valoraforte.eu.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, Tatari 39, 10134 Tallinn, info@aki.ee) if you believe your data has been handled improperly.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any updated version will be published on this page with a revised date at the top.
